NIHON ADVENTURES HAS ARRIVED IN NAGOYA!

The flight was a looming 13 hours from Detroit to Nagoya (but it was entertaining). 



I am absolutely thrilled to be here! The trip is not over yet. There is one more flight and that is to Fukuoka. Thank you all for being patient with me. Going from airport to airport is tiring, but worth it. Also, I am writing this around 4:46 p.m., almost dinner time over here (you all are still asleep probably). So the time difference is...well, different. 
I would love to continue to ramble on. But, I'll save the rambling when I create the first discussion in the "Discussion" section of the site. 
I can't wait to show you the videos and photos of the experience. Until then, sleep well all (or stay up really really late). 

1 DAY LEFT!!!

I am both nervous and excited at the same time (I wonder if that's a healthy combo...hmmm). Just ONE DAY AWAY from the big journey!! Again, thank you all so very much for being patient with me; especially those who have been learning Japanese from the Japanese Language section. Preparation is really key. That, and trying to stuff my stuff in the bags. I can't wait to show you all the Journey Travel Videos on W2L. Soon, Nihon Adventures will be on Flipagram. So, if you don't have the free app already, download it. I will give you the link as soon as I set up the page (which should not take long).

Sorry for the delayed updates! Things have, as usual, been busy on my end (not to mention, I just celebrated a birthday so yeah). 
Less than 5 days until Nihon Adventures is high in the sky! Wow! Time sure is flying by. I will be updating more on the Japanese language and adding new content, along with pictures and videos of the journey. 

Speaking of updates, you all will be able to see my face in the new W2L video this weekend! I will be doing an intro video of "W2L: Japan" to go over what you can expect to see on this blog. I am extra excited for the adventures to come!

Update!!!

I am baaaaack!

Sorry for the long delay, but the next lesson is up (click on the Japanese language link to the right, March 17, 2016, scroll down, you know the drill). Also, I just got all of my stuff ready for Japan so I am really ready and raring to go! I have been so busy with my business (perhaps those details will be saved for another blog someday). But, other than that, only 12 more days left!!! Make sure to check out my blog for more updates and countdown posts!

If I may start this post off with an exciting quote, it would be this: 

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! (excitement scream)

Only 20 days until I turn 21! AAAAAAND, only 26 days until my departure for Nagasaki, Japan! Finally, March is here (the best month in the world, your argument is invalid here...just kidding)!

As you all can tell, I am super excited about the study abroad trip. Two years of planning and studying Japanese - the long wait is almost over! Honestly, I am both excited and nervous. But, I am ready and prepared for the long flight to Japan. I will keep you all updated on my trip and my study abroad experience here on Nihon Adventures!
